ABOUT US
JENNY FERGUSON
Owner/CEO
Jenny Ferguson is the Owner / CEO of CA Senior Care Consulting (CASCC). Her journey to this position has been one of serendipitous (and unexpected) twists of fate. For decades, Jenny was a competitive and professional ice skater, ice skating coach, Realtor, and mom of 2 daughters. After her dad’s health decline, Jenny found herself in the position of navigating through the difficult and overwhelming process of long-term care for the elderly. Through this experience, she realized the dire need for compassionate, knowledgable guidance in this field, which lead her to pivot her career toward elder care.
Since that point, Jenny transformed her father’s home into an assisted living home, becoming the Owner and Licensed Administrator of a CA state licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). It was there she fell in love with elder care and helping families through this difficult time. Jenny also worked as a hospice care consultant before starting CASCC where she specializes in long-term care placement and consulting on all elder care needs. She is now considered a leader in the elder care industry, and educates colleagues throughout CA about a state program that helps pay for assisted living & memory care. More recently, Jenny has added best selling author and public speaker to her resume. She says the best part of providing this service is helping find the perfect new “home”, one that fits all needs and wishes, for an elderly loved one.
